基于规范型建筑能耗模型对某建筑的节能分析

规范型建筑能耗模型是一种基于国际能耗规范对建筑能耗现状进行评价、分析的方法。相比于详细建筑模型软件(如Energy Plus),规范型建筑能耗模型具有建模快、速度快等优势。基于规范型建筑能耗模型,对中国石油大学(华东)某办公楼的能耗现状进行分析,并对节能方案进行评估。结果表明,规范型建筑能耗模型对于我国办公楼的能耗分析具有较好的应用前景。

Energy Saving Analysis of a Building Based on Normative Building Energy Consumption Model

Normative building energy consumption model is a method to evaluate and analyze the current building energy consumption profile based on international energy-use standards.Compared with the detailed building energy simulation software(such as EnergyPlus), the normative building energy consumption model is prevailing due to its faster modeling, higher speed and so on.This paper carries on analysis on present building energy-use profile of an office building in China University of Petroleum(East China) by normative model, and several energy saving schemes are evaluated.The outcomes show that normative building energy model has a bright application prospect for the energy consumption analysis of office buildings in China.
