摘    要:对原始复合保温砌块的块型设计、热工性能进行探讨,采取延长传热路径和增加有机保温材料体积思路,对原始复合保温砌块进行改良,同时,研制出先进的成型流水线和生产工艺,采用QXFY型保温砌块成型设备,做到一次复合成型,且块型、规格配套齐全。分别采用节能计算软件和实体检测手段对自保温系统进行计算和检测,结果表明软件计算结果与实体检测结果符合度较好,改良复合保温砌块及其砌体的热工性能优于原始复合保温砌块及其砌体的热工性能。用改良复合保温砌块砌筑的外墙体比用原始复合保温砌块砌筑的外墙体按每平方米墙面展开面积计算大约节约35元。

Abstract:Block design and thermal performance of the original composite thermal insulation are expounded.The original composite thermal insulation block is improved by extending heat transfer paths and increasing the volume of organic insulating materials.The advanced forming lines and production processes are developed, and QXFY insulation block molding machine is utilized to composite molding at a time, block types and specifications are complete.Both the energy conservation computation software and entity detection are applied to the insulation system.The results show that software calculating is in line with the real block testing.The thermal performance of improved composite thermal insulation block and masonry is better than the original one.The improved composite thermal insulation block masonry for exterior walls could save 35 Yuan per square meter than the original one according to wall surface area calculation.
