摘    要:针对山地丘陵地区的环境特征及浙江省山地丘陵开发中存在的问题,提出一种改进的用地适宜性评价模型,并以浙江省开化县工业新城为例,探讨了模型的实际应用.首先应用“通过/失败筛选法”界定生态安全门槛;然后对远期开发的居住用地和近期开发的工业用地分别进行单因子适宜度评价,并运用GIS技术将单因子适宜度图层加权叠加,生成综合的城市用地适宜度分布图,从时空战略上保障了社会公平;最后通过不断扩展修正评价单元,确保项目开发的经济合理性.应用结果表明,改进后的用地评价模型对山地丘陵地区的开发建设具有更强的针对性,提高了评价的合理性.

Abstract:An improved suitability assessment model of upland use was presented through describing the environment characters and analyzing the development problems of uplands in Zhejiang Province. Taking Kaihua in Zhejiang Province as an example, the proposed model was applied to assess the suitability of upland use. An ecological security threshold was set firstly by using pass/fail screening. Furthermore, single factor assessments on the residential and industrial land use types were carried out respectively. Through over-laying of all single factor assessment layers by GIS technology, a map of suitability assessment of upland use was generated, which ensures the social equity as a temporal and spatial strategy. Finally, a reasonable economy was safeguarded by continuously extending and revising the assessment unit. The application results showed that the optimized model is more pertinent and enhance the rationality of the land use assessment.
