益气活血承气合剂对大鼠不全梗阻小肠黏膜上皮细胞的保护作用

目的:探讨益气活血承气合剂对实验性不全梗阻大鼠小肠黏膜上皮细胞的保护作用。方法:采用不贯穿肠管的方式, 结扎末端回肠建立大鼠不完全性小肠梗阻模型, 随机分为:正常组, 假手术组, 模型组, 大承气汤组, 益气活血合剂组, 益气活血承气合剂低、中、高剂量组(1.43、4.3、12.9 g/kg) 。灌胃给药, 实验过程中观察动物一般状况、进食量、大小便情况。连续造模72 h 后, 下腔静脉取血和回肠标本, 观察小肠组织形态学、血浆D-乳酸的变化。结果:大承气汤组、益气活血承气合剂中、高剂量组均能够改善不完全性肠梗阻的小肠组织形态学, 减轻小肠黏膜上皮细胞充血、水肿、渗出和溃疡, 保护细胞间的紧密连接、保护细胞器及微绒毛、降低血浆D-乳酸水平, 与模型组相比有统计学差异(P<0.05);并且益气活血承气合剂中、高剂量组效果优于大承气汤组,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05) 。结论:益气活血合剂对大承气汤有明显的增效作用;益气活血承气合剂对实验性不全梗阻大鼠小肠黏膜细胞有保护作用。

Protective effects of Yiqihuoxuechengqi Mixture on intestinal epithelium mucosae in incomplete intestinal obstructive rat model

AIM: To observe the protective effects of Yiqihuoxuechengqi Mixture on intestinal epithelium mucosae in incomplete intestinal obstructive rat model. METHODS: The 1/2 terminal ileum of rat was ligated as incomplete intestinal obstruction.The rats were administrated by gastric perfusion.The general status, intake, urination and defecation during the experiment courses were observed.The histological mucosal damage of small intestine was assessed.The change of D (-) -lactic acid in plasma after 72 hours was detected. RESULTS: The hyperemia, edema, exudation of the intestinal epithelium mucosae were relieved in the middle or high dose of Yiqihuoxuechengqi Mixture groups, and the contents of D (-) -lactic acid in plasma were decreased compared with model group (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Yiqihuoxuechengqi Mixture has the synergistic effect with Dachengqitang Decoction in improving intestinal epithelium mucosae effect.Yiqihuoxuechengqi Mixture can protect intestinal epithelium mucosae with incomplete obstructive injury.
