中频电炉特征谐波电流的计算

摘    要:中频电炉作为电网谐波源负载须进行谐波治理。设计滤波补偿装置时通常需实测运行的谐波数据,而在实际工程设计中,苦于无运行谐波测试数据。针对该工况,通过对中频电源采用的晶闸管三相桥式全控整流电路的功率因数和谐波进行分析,理论计算出工作时产生的特征谐波电流值,结合对中频电炉类负载运行地实测谐波数据分析,确定理论谐波数据作为工程设计依据,取得了良好的工程运行效果,并对中频电炉的无源滤波补偿设计方法作出总结,具有很好的实际工程指导意义。
