摘    要:针对大亚湾核电站2号发电机(900MW)转子接地故障事件,根据转子绕组解体检查的结果,就转子绕组出现接地和匝间短路故障的原因,采用根本原因分析(RCA)方法进行了分析和探讨,认为发电机转子端部通风回路设计的缺陷、线圈污染、特别是发电机出口短路冲击等是造成本次设备故障的根本原因。为防止转子故障的重复发生,提出了相应的对策和改进措施。

Abstract:According to the rotor earth fault incident of No. 2 generator unit (900 MW) in Daya Bay Nuclear Power Station, and based on the results of inspection of rotor winding disintegration, this paper analyzes the causes of earthing and inter - turn short circuit fault using the analysis law of prune cause. The prime cause that causes equipment fault is the defect of ventilation loop design at end of generator rotor and the coil pollution, especially the impact of short circuit at end of generator. To prevent the repetition of rotor fault, the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and improving measures.
