有机硼酸酯在菜籽油中的摩擦学研究

摘    要:为研究含活性元素硼的化合物作为可生物降解润滑油添加剂的摩擦学作用机理,合成了3种结构简单的硼酸酯,用四球机考察其在菜籽油中的摩擦学性能。结果表明,这类添加剂在菜籽油中具有良好的极压性和一定的抗磨减摩能力。同时利用X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析钢球磨损表面化学元素的电子结合能及其存在形式,在此基础上初步探讨添加剂的摩擦学机理。

Abstract:Three kinds of borate esters with simple structure are synthetized to study the tribological mechanism of compound containing borate as biodegradable lubricating oil additive.A tribological study of organic borate esters is carried out by using a four-ball tester. The results show that these additives have excellent load-carrying capacity and antiwear performance compared with RSO itself. The surface analysis of worn balls is performed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The tribological mechanism is discussed on the basis of experimental results.
