| Abstract: | Working enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of employees shall be motivated to fulfill tasks and to achieve visions and goals.The connotation and importance of motivation are introduced,and principles and methods of setting up an effective motivation mechanism in the course of construction management are discussed.The application of motivation mechanism to management of hydropower project construction is studied by taking Qiaogong hydropower station as an example. |
