摘    要:本文介绍通用电路分析程序ADIC—1,该程序配有方便用户的电路输入语言,采用改进型节点法建立网络方程,同时采用适合改进型节点法的新的稀疏矩阵算法和新的非线性迭代算法及新的隐式变阶变步长积分算法,使得程序有较高的效率。程序除了常规的直流、交流和暂态分析以外,还有直流和交流灵敏度分析。该程序内建有二极管,分立和集成双极晶体管,结型场效应管和MOS管的模型,利用子电路语句,用户还可以自定义新的器件模型,为集成电路和分立元件电路的分析和设计提供了强有力的工具。


A Generl Purpose Circuit Analysis Program ADIC-1
Abstract:A general purpose circuit analysis program ADIC-1 is described in thiss paper. It has a circuit input language for the convenience of users. ADIC-1 used the modified nodal approach to form newtwork equation, a new sparse matrix algorithm for M. N. A, a new non-linear iterated algorithm and a new implied variable order and variable step integrating algorithm, so that its efficiency is higher. In addition to normal DC., AC and TR analysis, it also contains DC and AC sensitivity analysis. The pfogfam contains models of diode, seperated and integrated BIT, JFET and MOS FET. By using sub-circuit statement, user can himslfe define the models of the new devices. ADIC-1 provides a strong tool for the analysis and design of the seperated and integrated circuits.
