摘    要:针对两级式功率因数校正电路中电路结构复杂、元器件多、效率较低、成本较高的问题,提出了基于全桥结构的零电流开关单级功率因数校正电路,可在实现功率因数校正的同时,实现 AC/DC 功率变换,并对电路中开关管的选择及其驱动问题进行了分析,给出了一种适合该电路要求的驱动电路.理论分析和实验结果验证了这种单级功率因数校正电路的优越性.

Abstract:A novel single stage power factor correction circuit with full bridge structure is proposed for applica- tion in middle or high power condition to perform power factor correction and AC/AC power conversion at the same time.Such problelms with a dual stages PFC circuit as complex circuit structure,too many components, low efficiency and high cost are solved.How to choose switch and its driving is discussed.The advantages of proposed circuit were verified by theoretical analysis and experiments.
