摘    要:制备了一种适用于LTCC工艺的NiCuZn铁氧体材料,并用所得材料制作了品质优良的多层电感.选择椭圆滤波器原型,通过Agilent-ADS电路模型仿真与Ansoft-HFSS物理模型仿真,成功设计出了截止频率为10MHz的抗EMI滤波器.

Abstract:First, we prepared low temperature co-fired ferrite (LTCF) material. Then, using the prepared ferrite material we have manufactured a kind of multilayer inductor with excellent performance. Choosing the ellipse filter prototype, and using Agilent-ADS and Ansoft-HFSS, we simulated the circuit model and the three-dimensional physical model, and successfully designed the anti-EMI filter with cutoff frequency of 10MHz.
