摘    要:在氟碳树脂体系中添加导电炭黑制备导电涂料,分析了导电炭黑的添加量对涂膜防锈寿命的影响,并以此为基础优化出导电防腐综合性能较好的涂料体系。从微电池理论、涂膜致密性两个方面分析了导电炭黑对涂膜耐腐蚀的影响。

Abstract:In preparing conductive coatings with fluorocarbon resin and conductive carbon black, this paper analyzes the influence of amount of carbon black on coating antirust life. Basing on this, it optimizes the coatings system of good integrated conductive and anticorrosive property. From the two aspects of micro cell theory and f ilm compactness, it analyzes the influence of conductive carbon black on coating anticorrosive property.
