红外技术在衬里损伤诊断和保温效果评估中的应用

摘    要:阐述了石化企业应用红外技术对衬里设备进行工作状态和损伤程度诊断的方法以及对热设备保温效果测试分析的方法。结合抚顺石油化工公司石油一厂 1.2 Mt/a催化裂化装置再生器和沉降器衬里状态监测诊断以及电站至催化裂化装置中压蒸汽管道改造前后保温效果对比分析两个实例,论证了红外技术在石化设备中应用的可靠性和实用性。

Abstract:The diagnosis method for working status and damage extent of equipment lining and the measuring method for insulating effect of hot equipment using infrared techniques in petrochemical enterprises were expounded. Combining two practical examples, i. e, monitoring diagnosis for the working status of lining in regenerator and settler of the 1200000 tpy FCC unit and the comparison of insulating effect before and after revamping of the middle pres- sure steam pipeline from the power station to the FCC unit in No. 1 refinery of Fushun Petrochemical Company, both reliability and practicality of application of infrared techniques in petrochemical equipment were expounded.
