乙烯基倍半硅氧烷/甲基丙烯酸酯杂化材料的性能

摘    要:以无定型二氧化硅为起始原料,与乙二醇、氢氧化钾反应,生成高反应活性的五配位硅钾化合物;并与3-氯丙烯反应,制备出相应的含双键的四配位硅;然后在四甲基氢氧化铵催化下与正硅酸乙酯反应,制得笼状乙烯基倍半硅氧烷;再与甲基丙烯酸甲酯聚合,得到倍半硅氧烷纳米杂化材料.用现代分析测试手段对新型倍半硅氧烷纳米杂化材料进行表征.结果表明,正硅酸乙酯、乙烯基四配位硅、四甲基氢氧化铵固体量之比为0.6∶0.4∶1,乙烯基倍半硅氧烷产率最高;甲基丙烯酸酯过量可得性能良好的乙烯基倍半硅氧烷/甲基丙烯酸酯杂化材料.

Abstract:A highly reactive penta-coordinate organic silicon complex was prepared by the reaction of natural silica with ethylene glycol in the presence of potassium hydroxide.Tetra-coordinate silicon containing double bond was prepared by the reaction of the penta-coordinate silicon complex with allyl chloride.Then the new cage-like vinyl silsesquioxanes(VS) were synthesized by the reaction of vinyl-tetra-coordinate silicon with tetraethyl orthosilicate in the condition of tetramethyl ammonium hydroxide.Finally,the performances of the new silsesquioxanes nano-hybrid materials,prepared by the reaction of cage-like vinyl silsesquioxanes with methyl methaerylate,were determined by the modern analysis methods.The result shows that the solid ratio of tetraethyl orthosilicate,penta-coordinate silicon complex and TMAH is 0.6:0.4:1,the yield of vinyl silsesquioxanes is the highest; and excess methacrylate ester results in vinyl silsesquioxane/methyl acrylate.
