6925米超深井钻井液技术

摘    要:重点预探深井TP2井完钻井深为6925m。该井钻遇地层复杂,埋藏深、厚度大、极易发生缩、溶、胀、塌等事故,因此钻井液体系必须具有包被抑制性、抗高温稳定和造壁性。良好的悬浮性和携砂能力,防垮塌能力和润滑性等,以有利于及时发现油气层。该井在第四系~二叠系地层,采用钾聚、聚磺钻井液,石炭系~志留系地层采用聚磺聚合醇钻井液,奥陶系地层采用聚磺钻井液。该套钻井液体系在高温高压条件下性能稳定,满足了超深井施工中的井壁稳定、润滑防卡、岩屑携带的需要,还满足了地质录井和保护油气层的要求。该套超深井钻井液技术,有效地解决了以伊蒙混层为主的泥岩坍塌掉块,较好地解决了超深井钻井液防垮塌、黏卡、井漏等方面的技术难题。

Abstract:Well TP2 is a deep exploration well with a completion depth of 6925 m.Formations penetrated by this well are complex and buried deep.Tight hole,washout,swelling and caving of troublesome formations were very common in drilling this well.It is required that the drilling fluid used in this well should have enough inhibitive capacity,high temperature tolerance and wall-building capability,good suspension and cutting-carrying capacity,bore hole caving prevention and lubricity.Different muds,such as potassium chloride-polymer mud,sulfonate mud,poly glycol mud,were used in different sections of this well.All the muds used were stable at elevated temperatures and high pressures and satisfied the needs for drilling in ultra deep well drilling in shale formations and thief zones.
