| 摘 要： | F系列泥浆泵是美国开发的一种新式泥浆泵,结构简单、体积小、寿命长、运转平稳,能够满足中深井作业的需要,在国外有巨大的市场潜力.2003年,兰州兰石国民油井石油工程有限公司引进了该泵的技术进行国产化试生产,攻克了关键零件的制造工艺难点,并做了整机试运转,达到了技术要求.目前已具备批量生产的能力.

| Abstract: | F-series mud pumps are ones of a new type developed in U. S. They are simple in construction, small in size and operate smoothly and have a long service life. Such mud pumps can meet the requirements of medium-depth well drilling operation. In the overseas market there is a great potential demand for such pumps. In 2003, LS-NOW introduced from U. S. the manufacture technology for these pumps and carried out trial manufacture at home. Some technical difficulties were surmounted in the manufacture of their critical components and a successful test-run was made on the whole pump. All the technical requirements were fulfilled. At present, such series pumps can be manufactured in batches. |
