推力架弹簧片加工工艺研究

摘    要:弹簧片作为推力架最关键零件其加工质量对推力测量精度有重大影响。论文从设计要求出发,针对加工难点问题制定合理工艺路线,尤其对于热处理、精加工等阶段进行详细分析,确定了线切割加工方式。弹簧片经检验,尺寸、形位公差均合格,尤其是以往难以达到的平面度也未超差。这将为此类产品的加工提供了一种行之有效的方式。

Abstract:AS the most import part of thrust device, the quality of sheet spring affects thrust measure precision. Base on the design, a appropriate technics path is established in allusion to machining difficulty. It is especially introduced about heat treatment and finish machining in the paper. Finally WEDM is choosed in finish machining. Tolerances of forrn, location are eligible by test. A effective way is supplied for analogy part.
