摘    要:该文针对工业机器视觉系统软件对图像处理算法可重构的需求,以工业机器视觉饮料瓶盖缺陷检测为应用背景,给出了一种算法可重构的工业机器视觉饮料瓶盖缺陷检测系统软件的设计方案。该方案设计并实现了3种提取饮料瓶盖感兴趣区域的方法。同时结合饮料瓶盖缺陷检测的流程,详细阐述了系统软件对检测算法进行重构的原理及过程。最后,利用软件重构的检测算法序列对感兴趣区域图像进行缺陷检测,对测试结果进行了分析比较。测试结果表明该文的检测软件具有良好的实用性和检测性能。

A Beverage Closure Defect Detection Software Using Reconstruction of Algorithms Based on Machine Vision Technology

Abstract:The paper takes the beverage closure defect detection as application background and gives an algorithm of reconstruction software scheme to meet the requirement of reconstructing algorithms for image processing using machine vision system in industrial production.In addition,the scheme designs and implements three methods for extracting the region of interest from beverage bottle image,and describes the principle and process of reconstructing algorithms according to the process of detecting beverage bottle defects in detail.Finally,it uses a series of constructed algorithms to detect the bottle.And analyzes and compares the test results,it is proved practically.
