机械现代设计方法在磨料磨具行业的应用

摘    要:磨具产品设计不仅对其制造过程有重要影响,也对整个使用周期有重要影响。因此,把好设计关不仅可降低制造成本,而且能够保证其使用性能和使用寿命,从而产生很好的经济效益。应用现代设计理论和方法来进行磨具产品设计,能更好地满足磨具生产的需要。尤其是将计算机辅助设计和优化设计应用在磨具配方设计中,具有很好的发展前景和应用价值。

Abstract:Abrasive products designed not only to its manufacturing process have a major impact, but also have a major impact throughout the life cycle. So, offto a good design not only reduces manufacturing costs, but also to ensure its performance and service life, resulting in great economic benefits. Application of modem design theory and methods for abrasive product design, can better meet the needs of abrasive production. In particular the use of CAD and optimization of product design, design for abrasive has good prospects for development and application.
