卧式条烟分拣机的虚拟设计

针对国内条烟分拣的实际情况,设计了一种卧式条烟分拣机,其采用凸轮机构与双摇杆机构相配合,由电动机提供动力,对条烟进行分拣作业,分拣速度达到9000条/小时,得出了双摇杆机构及凸轮机构的结构参数和凸轮的轮廓线轨迹公式,建立实体模型和装配关系,为下一步的仿真分析奠定了理论基础,与传统的汽缸式分拣机构相比,具有结构简单、操作方便,噪音小、更适合在空间狭小的室内作业的特点。此设备能有效降低工作人员的劳动强度,提高配送条烟中的分拣效率和准确率,降低卡烟率,提高企业的自动化水平和效率,能创造可观的经济效益。

The paper expound the actual situation of cigarette picking and sorting,Design of a horizontal sorting machine,which uses cam mechanism compatible with the double rocker mechanism,powered by the motor,the speed of picking and sorting cigarettes to 9000/hour.Obtained the structural parameters of double rocker mechanism and cam mechanism,and the cam contour lines trace formula,establishment of solid models and assembly relationships of sorting machine,prepared the theoretical foundation of the machine＇s next simulation.Compared with the traditional cylinder-type sorting institutions,with a simple structure,easy operation,low noise,and narrow space,more suitable for indoor operation.This machine can effectively reduce the labor intensity of staff,effectively improve the sorting and distribution of Cigarette.Increase the accuracy and lower rate of stuck,can improving the level of automation and efficiency,and create considerable economic benefits.
