低温液体过滤器结构特性数值仿真

摘    要:直通式金属丝网过滤器的不同锥体结构对过滤器的流阻有重要影响,利用流体有限元软件Fluent对液氢流经过滤器时的流动特性进行仿真,给出不同结构锥体的速率、压力云图,在对比分析仿真数据基础上提出合理锥体结构的设计方法。

Abstract:The different cone of metal screen filter have important impact on filter's flow resistance,the fluent which is the fluid finite element software can simulation the flow characteristics of filter when the liquid hydrogen through by them,the software also can draw the different cone's velocity cloud and pressure cloud.What's more,a reasonable design of cone was proposed by analysis the simulation data.
