低温球阀球体测量技术研究

摘    要:为提高低温球阀阀体的加工质量和效率,解决低温下球阀密封不严的问题,论文分析了问题的关键因素,介绍了球体测量的四种主要测量手段,重点针对专用工装测量技术,提出了四种球体测量的新方法,为完善低温球阀阀体现有的加工和测量技术提供了新思路。

Abstract:To improve the processing quality and efficiency of vale-body of cryogenic ball valve so as to be helpfial for solving sealing problems, this paper analyzed the key factors and introduced four means of measuring sphere. Focused on special tooling measuring technology, four new methods of measuring sphere were proposed, which provided a new idea for improving the existing processing and measurement techniques of cryogenic ball valve.
