基于PID控制的直线进给系统的仿真与试验

摘    要:在数控机床永磁直线同步电动机基本结构及工作原理基础上,构建了直线进给系统物理模型及传递函数。根据工程设计方法设计直线进给系统的PID控制器,通过仿真分析验证了控制器的有效性,最后通过直线进给系统综合试验平台开展相关实验研究PI控制下直线进给系统的动态性能,并分析了主要控制参数对系统动态性能的影响。

Abstract:Based on the basic structure and working principle of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor(PMLSM) used in CNC machine tools, the physical model and transfer function were established. The P1D controller of linear feed system was constructed according to the engineering design method, and the effectiveness of the proposed schemes was verified by simulation. The dynamic performances of linear servo system based on PI controller were researched by experiment on the linear servo system test platform. The main parameters which influence the performance of system in controller were analyzed.
