摘    要:分析了传动带多功能测长试验机应用条件及要求。对电控系统设计方案进行了功能分析并提出了两种设计方案:一种是基于S7-300PLC的测控系统;另一种是基于PC机的测控系统。通过对比分析,结合本实验室条件选用了第一种设计方案。

Abstract:This paper gives introduction and analysis on the application and requirements of transmission belt multifunctional measuring machine. It provides with two different solutions for various applications based on functional analysis, with one focused on S7-300PLC and the other PC. Through the contrastive analysis, unified this laboratory condition we selected the first kind of design proposal.
