摘    要:通过对高速数控铣床关键部件的模态试验的动态特性分析,了解数控铣床整机结构的固有特性,得到机床系统的模态参数和模态振型,找出影响机床动态特性的主要薄弱模态,为机床结构的动态改进设计提供参考依据和改进目标。

Abstract:Through to the dynamic characteristic test analysis based on modal test of high-speed CNC milling machine, understand CNC milling machine the inherent characteristics of the whole structure, get the machine system modal parameters and modal shape, and find out the influence the dynamic characteristics of main machine weak mode, the dynamic improvement for machine tools structure provides reference for the design of the basis and the improvement goals.
