小型精密机床横梁的设计与优化

摘    要:精密机床是精密加工的基础,其振动不可避免的会影响加工精度。小型精密机床工作时的激振频率很高,通常远高于机床的固有频率,因此龙门式机床横梁的动态性能至关重要。运用Workbench对横梁进行有限元分析,根据分析结果,建立优化模型,以降低横梁质量,提高横梁固有频率为目标进行优化设计,避开了激振频率,最终得到优化方案。

Abstract:Precision machine tool is the foundation of the precision machining, vibration inevitably will affect machining accuracy. Different from large machine tools, the excitation frequency of small precision machine is high, usually much higher than the inherent frequency of the machine, so the dynamic properties of the beam is crucial.Use Workbench to analyse the beam through finite element method. According to the results of analysis,established optimal model, optimized the design to reduce the beam quality and increase the natural frequency of the beam. Finally obtained the optimization design.
