| 摘 要： | 从承包商的角度,对国际总承包项目采购的风险识别、风险分析、风险应对和风险监控进行了系统研究,重点分析了设计风险、供货商风险、设备材料价格上涨风险、物流运输风险、外汇交易风险等采购阶段的主要风险,并提出了应对措施。
