摘    要:利用AspenTech PIMS优化软件,阐述了不同原料结构乙烯产品链的线性规划模型思路和方法,重点分析了乙烯生产中不同原料结构下的毛利。当液化气和石脑油价格比较接近时,需要适当降低轻质裂解料比例,保持乙烯装置高负荷生产;而当液化气和石脑油价差较大时,需适当提高轻质和中质裂解料比例,保持乙烯装置经济高效运行。

Abstract:Using AspenTech PIMS optimization software, the article expounds on the thinking and methods of near programming models for ethylene product chain with various material structures, emphatically analyzes the gross profit in ethylene production under various material structures. When LPG price and naphtha price is close to each other, we need to appropriately reduce the proportion of light cracked stock, so as to keep an ethylene unit n high-load production; when the price margin of LPG and naphtha is relatively large, we need to appropriately ncrease the proportion of light and medium-heavy cracked stock, so as to keep an ethylene unit in economical and high-efficient operation
