摘    要:探讨细纱机赛络纺改造方法和效果.阐述了赛络纺纱技术的原理及其优点,介绍了FA506型细纱机的赛络纺改造方法和步骤,并对赛络纱、传统环锭纱及传统环锭纺股线的性能进行了比较分析,结果表明:在相同配棉条件下,赛络纺纱的条干和强力比相同线密度股线稍差或基本相当,但明显优于相同线密度的传统环锭纺单纱.赛络纺改造是一种简单易行、投资少、见效快的细纱机改造方式.

Abstract:Spinning frame sirospun modification method and effect were discussed.Principle and advantages of sirospun technology were introduced,FA506 spinning frame sirospun modification method and steps were introduced.Properties of sirospun yarn,traditional ring spun yarn and ply were contrasted and analyzed.The result shows that in same cotton assorting condition,strength and evenness of sirospun yarn are worse slightly or same compared with same linear density ply,while are better than same linear density traditi...
