| 摘 要： | 针对汽车外覆盖件在冲压成形中出现的表面质量问题,本文介绍了Jstamp/nv软件的解决方案--油石仿真模块.油石仿真模块可以在零件成形仿真计算的结果或产品三维扫描数据上,再现在板料表面使用油石打磨的过程,它可以准确地预测外覆盖件表面上凹坑等缺陷产生的位置和程度.此外,本文还以某汽车翼子板为研究对象,介绍了该模块的操作过程.

Application of JSTAMP/NV in Surface Defects Analysis of Covering Parts |

| Abstract: | In this paper, the solution of Jstamp/nv was introduced to fix the surface defect of outer covering parts. Stoning module of Jstamp/nv could reappear the process of oil stone operation based on the calculation result or 3D scanned from real parts. This function could precisely predict the position and dimension of surface defect. Besides, this paper introduced the simulation process of stoning module taking a fender for example. |
