基于BP人工神经网络的纱线毛羽预测研究

摘    要:研究基于BP人工神经网络的纱线毛羽预测问题.以棉纤维的7项品质指标作为输入参数,以棉纱的毛羽指数H指标作为输出参数,通过使用36组数据分别进行网络模型训练,最终将纱线毛羽指数预测模型的结构选定为7-10-1来进行纱线毛羽的预测,结果表明:BP人工神经网络模型的预测速度和精度较好.

Abstract:Yarn hairiness forecast based on BP artificial neural network was studied.Seven cotton fiber quality indexes were selected as input parameter,cotton yarn hairiness index was selected as output parameter,36 group data were carried out network simulation training,finally 7-10-1 structure was selected as yarn hairiness index forecast model,the result shows that forecast speed and accuracy of BP artificial neural network model are better.
