| 摘 要： | 探讨在稳定产品质量水平的基础上,降低喷气织机的耗气量从而降低成本的方法.在对喷气织机各机型设备特性进行分析的基础上,通过大量的试验,采用新钢筘、选用性能稳定的机型、优化上机引纬参数、加强维护纺专器材等工艺部件后,织机耗气量比以前降低了15%,织机综合效率提升到92%以上.

| Abstract: | On the base of stabling product quality level,methods of through reducing air-jet loom air consumption to reduce cost were discussed.On the base of analyzing air-jet loom each machine characteristics,through plenty of tests,new reed were adopted,machine with stable property were selected,weft-inserting parameter were optimized,maintenance of components were enhanced,finally loom air consumption could be reduced 15%,comprehensive loom efficiency could be improved above 92%. |
