| 摘 要： | 为纺制精梳棉Tencel混纺竹节纱,针对原料特点,选择混纺工艺流程,进行Tencel纤维预处理,合理配置前纺工艺参数,改善半成品质量.根据竹节纱装置技术特点,制定并实施相关试纺测试程序,满足了竹节纱设计参数要求.通过优选胶辊、调整捻系数及车速使纺纱顺利进行;适当降低络筒速度,合理设定清纱参数.结果成功纺制出精梳棉/Tencel 50/50 27.9 tex竹节纱,成纱质量达到设计要求.
