开关触片座基体注塑成型合理浇口位置的设计

摘    要:利用Moldflow对开关触片座基体注射成型浇口位置进行了分析与设计。在充分考虑模具制造工艺性、金属触片定位加紧以及因金属触片与基体塑料收缩率不同而引发的翘曲变形等因素的基础上,确定了有别于Moldflow推荐的所谓最佳浇口位置的合理浇口位置。合理浇口位置既降低了模具加工制造成本,同时也改善了塑件的成型性与最终质量。

Abstract:The injection mold gate location of the base of switch contact finger socket is analyzed and designed based on moldflow.Considering mold manufacturability,metal contact inlay position-setting and warping distortion caused by shrinkage difference between plastic and metal,the optimal gate location for base injection forming of switch contact finger socket is determined,which is different from the so-called best gate location recommended by Moldflow.The optimal gate location reduces mold manufacturing cost and improves accuracy and quality of the products.
