摘    要:机械结构动态设计是以计算机仿真、建模为基础,集计算机技术、机械动力学,有限元和优化设计为一体,由多学科知识组成的综合系统技术。根据摩托车握把的运动原理,通过CAD技术对机构仿真运动分析,得出了精准的动态尺寸,也优化了检具结构设计,缩短了产品开发周期,保证了生产质量和效率。

Abstract:The computer simulation and modeling is the base of the mechanical dynamic structure design,which is an integration computer technique and dynamics of machinery and finite element and optimum design together.It consists of a number of science knowledge of synthetic system technique.Applying CAD technology and the basic theory and mechanism of the motorcycle hold,accurate dynamic dimensions and optimal checking fixture design are acquired.The product development cycle improved and production quality and efficiency are guaranteed.
