| 摘 要： | 分析了测量环的精冲成形工艺,确定其关键工艺为零件圆周上8个缺口的精冲。阐明了多个缺口的精冲模具结构及工作原理。实践证明:多个缺口的精冲模具结构合理,能保证产品质量,生产效率高。

Design of Fine-Blanking Die for the Notch of Survey Ring |

| Abstract: | Analyzed the forming technique of a survey ring and identified that the blanking of eight notches is the critical step.The fine-blanking die structure and working procedure were described.Production proved that the fine-blanking die structure of notch is reasonable,reliable and can make quality of products efficiently. |
