磁性改性丙纶纤维混纺纱性能及混纺比的优化

摘    要:探讨磁性改性丙纶纤维混纺纱性能及混纺比的优化.通过测试多种混纺比的磁性改性丙纶纤维混纺纱的断裂强力、断裂伸长、捻度、毛羽等指标,分析了纤维含量与纱线性能之间的关系,得出拟合关系式;进而根据多目标理论,利用MATLAB遗传算法工具箱对拟合关系式进行计算,选择纱线断裂强力、断裂伸长、毛羽数的权重系数,得出当权重系数为[0.5,0.2,0.3]时,磁性改性丙纶纤维竹浆纤维棉纤维混纺纱的适宜混纺比为67:20:13.

Abstract:Property and blended ratio optimization of magnetic modified polypropylene fiber blended yarn were discussed.Breaking strength,breaking elongation,twist and hairiness et al indexes of different blending ratio magnetic modified polypropylene fiber blended yarn were tested,relationship between fiber content and yarn property was analyzed,the fitted formulas was got.According to multi-goal theory,the fitted formulas could be calculated by MATLAB genetic algorithm toolbox,weight coefficient of breaking strength...
