| 摘 要： | 为了顺利开发Tencel精梳棉珍珠纤维赛络纺针织纱,针对纤维的不同性能,Tencel、珍珠纤维用短流程清梳联分别制条并严格控制相对湿度;而长绒棉在开清棉工序跳过RST型三刺辊开棉机并调整相关工艺;并条工序保证加压稳定;粗纱工序采用较大的捻系数和较小的张力;细纱工序采用赛络纺,钢丝圈偏重配置;络筒工序调整解捻管的进出位置及角度,确保捻接质量,最终使Tencel/CJ/珍珠纤维64/20/1613.7 tex赛络纺针织纱满足了市场需求,提高了产品附加值.
