摘 要: | 以某型号汽车的前门外板为例,采用DynaForm分析其拉延戍形下的减薄量,对结果文件进行C语言二次开发,得到了补偿后的模具凸凹模型面,对补偿后的型面重新设计模具,并进行试验验证.试验结果表明,该补偿方法减小了钳工的修模量,提高了凸凹模的贴合率,对汽车覆盖件模具的设计制造具有一定的指导意义.

Research on the Compensation for the Automobile Panel Die Faces Based on Drawing Thinning |

Abstract: | An analysis of the drawing thinning is carried out to the front door outer panel of a certain type automobile by using Dynaform software. The secondary development of C programming to the result file dynain is done, and the compensated die faces are got. A new stamping die is constructed by using the new die faces, and a validated experiment is done.
