厚煤层巷道掘进中托顶煤自燃防治技术

摘    要:在厚煤层巷道掘进过程中顶板存在托煤层现象,因煤层存在裂隙,随着对顶板上方煤体持续供氧,煤层出现迅速氧化自燃征兆,采用无机复合凝胶发泡防灭火材料压住到煤体后,通过封闭煤层空隙和隔绝抑制氧化作用,使煤的氧化自燃现象停止,取样分析CO,CO2,N2,CH4,C2H6浓度变化,特别是CO体积分数由压注浆前的0.21%减小到注浆后的零,证明了新型无机复合凝胶发泡防灭火材料防使用效果理想,具有封闭、隔氧、环保等性能,其可成功应用于防治煤层自燃。
