川藏铁路建设预制化生产物流运作管理模式研究

摘    要:川藏铁路建设工程质量要求高,工期要求严格,现场施工作业环境恶劣,为了保证工程质量和施工进度,需要在预制工厂生产大量构配件再运输到施工现场装配。通过对预制化生产物流运作过程分析,总结了川藏铁路建设预制化生产物流的运作特点和管理要素,提出了基于 BIM(Building Information Modeling)信息平台的预制化生产物流一体化运作管理模式。并对川藏铁路预制化生产物流中不确定性因素的根源进行了探讨,提出了基于时空对冲的应对策略。

Abstract:Sichuan-tibet railway project has high quality requirements,strict schedule requirements,and poor on-site constructionenvironment. To guarantee the project quality and construction progress,it is necessary to produce a large number of components andparts in the prefabrication plant and then transport them to the construction site for assembly. Based on the analysis of the operationprocess of prefabricated components production and logistics,this paper summarizes the characteristics and management elements ofthe prefabricated components production and logistics operation in Sichuan-Tibet railway project,and proposes an integratedoperation management mode for prefabricated components production and logistics based on BIM(building information modeling)information platform. In addition,the paper discusses the causes of uncertainty factors in the prefabricated components productionand logistics in Sichuan-Tibet railway construction,and countermeasures based on time-space hedging are also proposed.
