摘    要:信息技术的高速发展,为高校课程改革提供了有力支撑,以工程估价课程为研究对象,通过分析工程估价课程存在的问题,运用项目任务驱动法和 SPOC 混合式教学方法,从教学内容重构、强化课程实践性方案、多环节实施教学、丰富评价指标 4 个方面进行工程估价课程改革,并对课程改革的效果进行分析,从而实现教学从以教师为中心向以学生为中心的转变,构建工程造价整体思维模式,提高教学质量,提高学生自主学习能力、实践能力、获取信息能力、思辨能力、协作能力、分析问题和解决问题能力,以更好适应社会需求。

Abstract:The high-speed development of information technology provides strong support for the university curriculum reform.Taking the engineering evaluation course as the research object,through analyzing the problems existing in the engineeringevaluation course,using the project task-driven method and the SPOC hybrid teaching method,the curriculum reform of engineeringevaluation is carried out from four aspects:the reconstruction of teaching content,the strengthening of the practical program of thecurriculum,the implementation of teaching in multiple links,and the enrichment of evaluation indexes. This paper aims to realize thetransformation of teaching from teacher-centered to student-centered,construct the overall thinking mode of project cost,andimprove the teaching quality, improve the ability of self-study,practice,information acquisition,thinking,cooperation,analysisand problem-solving,and finally better meet the needs of society.
