摘    要:非对称桥梁转体施工技术的广泛应用对钢球铰安装的精度控制提出了更高的要求。而现有的 BIM 技术不能考虑球铰的制造误差及拼装误差。因此提出一种基于 BIM+三维激光扫描技术的大跨度不平衡转体斜拉桥钢球铰精细化安装管理方法,通过扫描球铰构件,应用先进的数据处理方法拟合所得点云,获取带有制造误差及拼装误差的球铰模型。将所得模型与根据图纸创建的 BIM 模型进行对比获取相应误差的大小和位置。通过虚拟预拼装获取实际安装中骨架坐标的调整数据。结果表明该方法能够快速获取带有误差的球铰真实模型,并能够将球铰安装误差控制在 1mm 范围内,具有高效性和准确性。

Abstract:The wide application of asymmetric bridge rotation construction technology puts forward higher requirements for theprecision control of steel ball hinge installation. However,the existing BIM technology can not consider the manufacturing error andassembly error of the ball hinge. This paper presents a fine installation and management method of steel ball hinge for long-spanunbalanced rotating cable-stayed bridge based on BIM+ three-dimensional laser scanning technology. By scanning ball hingecomponents and applying advanced data processing methods to fit the point cloud,the ball hinge model with manufacturing error andassembly error is obtained. The size and position of the corresponding error are obtained by comparing the obtained model with theBIM model created according to the drawings. The adjustment data of the skeleton coordinates in the actual installation are obtainedby virtual pre-assembly. The results show that this method can quickly obtain the real model of spherical hinge with error,and cancontrol the installation error of spherical hinge within the range of 1mm,which is efficient and accurate.
