摘    要:为了推进全过程工程咨询项目的开展,通过配置全过程工程咨询服务发包内容与组织模式和取费模式间的模型,应用csQCA 方法,以江苏省目前已开展的部分全过程工程咨询项目为研究案例,分析全过程工程咨询服务发包内容与组织模式、取费模式之间的关系,结合已有的全过程工程咨询案例,进行验证分析。并对全过程工程咨询项目服务模式的选择提出一系列的建议,为其他全过程工程咨询项目的开展提供了参考。

Abstract:In this paper,by configuring the content of the whole process engineering consulting service outsourcing, theorganization mode, and fee collection mode,csQCA method was used. This paper analyzes the relationship between the content ofthe whole process engineering consulting service outsourcing and the organization mode and fee collection mode with the wholeprocess engineering consulting projects that have been carried out in Jiangsu Province. The existing full-process engineeringconsulting case is used to analyze the organization mode and fee collection mode to verify the conclusions obtained above. Theresearch in this article puts forward a series of suggestions for the selection of the service model of the whole process engineeringconsulting project,and provides a reference for the development of other whole process engineering consulting projects.
