基于SimMechanics的挖掘机模型仿真分析

摘    要:为了查找挖掘机设计方案的不足,方便对原方哺进行修改,提高设计效率,利用MATLAB/SimMechanics仿真工具箱对挖掘机上部回转平台及工作装置进行了建模仿真,得到了液压挖掘机工作装置包络图,确定了其工作尺寸参数;通过对挖掘机铲斗施加重力负载,得到了动臂油缸、斗杆油缸和铲斗油缸的受力变化图,结果显示铲斗油缸的受力变化很大.

Abstract:This paper builds a model about the slewing platform and the working device of the hydraulic excavator based on the MATLAB/SimMechanics simulation toolbox.An envelope diagram of the working device has been drawn from the model,and some kinetic analyses have been done on the boom cylinder,arm cylinder and the bucket cylinder.It is shown that this is a good help to the improvement of the hydraulic excavator.
