热管锅炉在金隆铜业硫酸装置的应用实践

摘    要:介绍了金隆铜业硫酸装置转化工序3台热管锅炉的设计烟气工况、设计选型及操作管理情况。3台热管锅炉设计蒸汽压力1.35 MPa、给水温度104℃、总蒸发量最大为30.1t/h,实际生产给水温度90℃左右,总蒸发量最大仅为19.3 t/h。生产中还出现水管漏水、膨胀节焊缝漏烟、汽包下降管盐垢堵塞等问题,采取相应处理措施后恢复正常生产。同时对热管锅炉的设计、制造及操作提出一些建议。

Abstract:The off-gas conditions,design and operation management of three heat pipe boilers of conversion section in Jinlong Copper's sulphuric acid plant are described.The boilers are designed to operate with 1.35 MPa steam pressure,104℃feeding water temperature and 30.1 t/h maximum total evaporation amount,while in actual production,about 90℃and only 19.3 t/h,of respectively.Some problems including water pipe leakage, off-gas leakage from welding seam of expansion joint and salt fouling in drum downcomer also are occurred.After appropriate measures were taken,the boilers returned to normal production.Some suggestions about design, manufacture and operation of heat pipe boiler are presented.
