舵轮型自动导向车(AGV)导向控制系统设计

摘    要:自动导向车是FMS和FAS中重要的移载设备。本文结合设计实践,分析了电磁感应方式舵轮型AGV导向系统的控制特性。通过分析导向伺服系统的传递函数,讨论了系统各参数对系统性能的影响,并提出提高系统动态性能的校正方法.数字仿真和样机试验结果表明所设计的系统具有较好的静态和动态性能。

Abstract:AGV is becoming a key equipment in FMS and FAS. Basing on the practice with a wire-guided tricycle AGV,the characteristic of AGV steering system is studied in this paper. with the aid of Bode Graph,the impact of various parameters on the performance is revealed,approach to improve dynamic property is also put forward. Digital simulation and prototype experiments show accordingly designed system has satisfactory performance.
