多层异形柱住宅结构优化设计与实例分析

摘    要:针对多层异形柱住宅结构的优化设计进行了探讨,根据建筑设计要求确定可能的结构布置方案,利用结构设计软件进行分析,并通过综合考虑抗震性能和构件延性指标评判相对较优方案,得出异形柱框架—剪力墙结构方案,抗震延性优于其他方案,且经济性相对较好。

Abstract:The paper explores various residential structures with special-shaped columns,determines possible structural distribution scheme according to building design requests,carries out an analysis by using structural design software,and comprehensively considers relative optimal scheme of seismic performance and structural ductility indicator,and finally concludes advantages of special-shaped column frame-shearing wall structure scheme,such as relatively good seismic ductility and great economy.
