| 摘 要： | 通过考察城市运营过程中政府、企业、金融机构之间的关系,研究三方博弈的市场均衡和最优抉择,讨论了政府的政策制定和税收优惠对于企业、金融机构参与城市运营行为的影响,以及博弈过程中的信息不对称问题,以期促使我国城市运营的高效合作模式,加快城市化的进程。

| Abstract: | Through considering the relationship among government,enterprises and financial institution in urban operation,the paper studies the market balance and optimal selection of tri-game,discusses the impact of government policy formulation and tax preference and information asymmetry in tri-game process,with a view to promote high efficient cooperation mode of domestic urban operation and to speed up the urbanization. |
