| Abstract: | Proprietor management is the management core of large-scale engineering construction project.Taking engineering control theories and systematical management concepts as the theoretical foundation,referring to matured advanced management concepts and methods of the enterprises,the paper makes an in-depth research and analysis on the integrated management of large-scale engineering construction project,and puts forward the management view by integrating project target,organization and information process,whole aspects and all personnel for large-scale engineering construction project. |
